La Reserva Rotana - Wine & Vineyards

Not only the ingredients for La Reserva Rotana's restaurants are ecologically produced and cultivated on the Finca, but also the grapes that produce the epicurean varieties of delightful Rotana wines.

Natural dung from the Finca's numerous sheep has proven to be the best fertilizer, and with 300 sunny days a year, mycosis does not even have a chance. Also, our wines are fermented exclusively with natural yeast.

In 2000, wine cultivation at La Reserva Rotana started and has now developed into a successful production, supported by the professional enologist Miquel Feliú.

The three varieties of Rotana's red wines give a first impression in the nose of aromas of ripe fruits and red berries combined with decent woody and spicy notes.
